No. You can book directly, from any physician or plan. If you have prior records, we’ll help you request them before your first visit.
A chronic illness intake is $950 (full physician evaluation, comprehensive system review). A pain intake is $950 (includes osteopathic structural exam). Hormones, MAWL, aesthetics, and longevity intakes have their own pricing on each service page.
We’re an out-of-network cash-pay practice — pricing is transparent and posted, and payment is collected at the time of service. Cash, major credit cards, CareCredit, and Cherry payment plans are accepted.
Concierge is usually $7,500–$12,000 per year around primary care. Our $5,400 annual subscription gives you the same access model plus hormones, IV therapy, aesthetics, and chronic illness care. You can also work with us with no subscription at all.
No. Most services are available à la carte with published pricing. Complex chronic cases simply benefit most from direct access and same-week scheduling.
