01 / 06Is insurance required?
No. Radiant Sun Medical is an out-of-network, cash-pay practice. Membership includes your four annual visits, two comprehensive lab panels, secure messaging, and more — so the focus stays on your health, not paperwork.
How do I become a Founding Member?
Start with the free call. If membership is the right fit, we secure your place in the founding cohort, lock your $5,400 annual rate, and apply your $500 first-year wellness credit. Founding membership is limited to 100 patients.
Can I add family members?
Yes. A family member can be added for $5,000 per year, with the same direct access and included visits.
What if I decide it’s not a good fit?
That’s exactly what the free call is for. We’ll talk through your goals honestly before you commit — and if Radiant Sun isn’t the right practice for you, we’ll say so and point you toward who might be.
Care & visits
02 / 06How many visits are included?
Four 60-minute visits with Dr. Raleigh each year — long enough to actually investigate, not just refill. Your chart is read before every visit.
What happens after my four visits?
Membership is built for continuity between visits — secure messaging, virtual follow-ups, and same-week scheduling during flares. If your care needs more in-person time, additional visits are available at member pricing.
How do virtual follow-ups work?
Shorter check-ins with Dr. Raleigh by video or phone to review results, adjust a protocol, or answer what’s changed — without waiting for your next in-office visit.
How quickly can I be seen?
Members get priority scheduling, and same-week appointments during flares. Non-urgent questions go through the secure portal and are answered by the practice, not a call center.
Billing & payments

$5,400 per year when paid annually. Quarterly ($5,600/yr) and monthly ($5,800/yr) options are available.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for physician fees and eligible products. Eligibility depends on your plan, so confirm with your administrator — we’ll provide any documentation you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, major credit cards, CareCredit, and Cherry payment plans. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Is membership required to be a patient?
No. Most services are available à la carte with published pricing. Membership is for patients who want direct access, continuity, and preferred pricing over the year.
Labs & testing

Yes — two comprehensive lab panels each year are included in membership.
What if I need advanced testing?
Specialized panels — mycotoxin, tick-borne, autoimmune — are ordered when your case calls for them, at $600–$2,400 depending on the panel, and always discussed with you first.
Who reviews my results?
Dr. Raleigh does, personally — every line. If something needs attention before your next visit, she reaches out.
Can I use my existing labs?
Yes. Send prior records to admin@radiantsunmedical.com and we’ll incorporate them, so we build on what’s already known instead of repeating it.
Prescriptions & supplements
05 / 06Are medications included?
No. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy and billed there. What membership adds is the physician time to get the medication right — and to adjust it.
Do members save on supplements?
Yes. Members receive 15% off all supplements, and wholesale pricing on IV therapy and in-house services.
Do you offer peptide therapy?
When clinically appropriate, and only after an assessment. Peptides are considered as part of a larger plan built from your labs, never sold as a menu item.
Can you coordinate with my other doctors?
Yes. Care coordination across your specialists is part of membership — one physician holding the full picture.
Privacy & security
06 / 06How do I message the practice?
Through the secure patient portal. Messages go to the practice directly and are handled in accordance with HIPAA.
Who can see my health information?
Dr. Raleigh and the clinical team caring for you. We do not sell or share personal information.
How do I get my records?
Email admin@radiantsunmedical.com. We’ll help you request records from other providers and provide yours on request.
Is telehealth private?
Virtual follow-ups run on secure, encrypted video — the same standard as an in-office conversation.
